Coastal water scarcity across southern Europe is intensifying due to seasonal drought and growing tourism demand. This project delivers a reliable, fast-deployable freshwater solution for a coastal site in Spain — using a dual-container expandable SWRO system engineered for minimal civil works and rapid commissioning.
This project is part of QT's established presence in Europe. Our systems have previously been delivered in Hungary in compliance with CE certification requirements, and we are equipped to supply CE-ready documentation and components for European procurement.
The system is delivered in two standard ISO containers. On site, the shared walls are removed and the interiors merged into one integrated equipment room — housing membranes, high-pressure pumps, pre-treatment, dosing, and controls.
This design eliminates the need for civil construction, simplifies logistics, and provides full equipment accessibility for operation and maintenance.

For European buyers and EPC contractors, compliance is a procurement requirement.
QT has delivered CE-compliant water treatment systems in Hungary, with full documentation aligned to applicable EU directives. Our Spain project reflects the same engineering standard. We can supply:
Engineering packages structured for EU public tender requirements
Fast deployment — pre-assembled, pre-tested, commissioned within days on site
Minimal civil works — suitable for space-constrained or remote sites
Southern Europe & Mediterranean IslandsGreece, Cyprus, Malta, and Croatia face identical water stress conditions to Spain. CE compliance makes QT systems directly procurable under EU public tender frameworks.
Philippines & IndonesiaThousands of inhabited islands with no centralized water supply. Containerized systems ship via standard inter-island freight and require no local construction capacity. QT holds existing project references in both countries.
Island Tourism & ResortsCompact, self-contained freshwater production operational within weeks — suited to resort development in the Aegean, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
